Shipping and Returns

 

 

Domestic

A $10.00 flat rate is charged for all domestic orders. 

A $15.00 flat is charged for all domestic Express Shipping orders. 

Free shipping applies for all domestic orders $100 or more. 

International

New Zealand - $15 Flat rate - Standard Shipping. This method of shipping is non-trackable and does not require a signature on delivery.

Standard International Sipping - $25 flat rate. (1-4 weeks depending on customs and local postal service. This method of shipping is non-trackable and does not require signature on delivery.

Dispatch is 1-3 business days after your order has been placed.

You will receive a confirmation email and order number once sent.

Please Note

* Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

* Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we can no alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

 * International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

* Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

* If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded excluding return shipping fee and original shipping fee. 

Returns

Returns will be offered for 30 days after the date of purchase. 
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept a return.

We will provide refund if

  • Items are returned with tags attached, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
  • The items are deemed faulty
  • You have changed your mind or wish to purchase a different item
  • You notify us within 14 days of receipt
  • The original invoice is provided for proof of purchase

Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method. Refund excludes original cost of shipping.
